Consultation and Pricing

The consultation is a valuable opportunity for the therapist and the client to get to know one another. This will assist in making sure that therapist and client are a good match, while building trust and beginning the establishment of rapport. When you come in for a consultation, we discuss what problems and issues you wish to resolve. I then determine a number of sessions based on several factors, including:

1. The type and severity of each issue
2. The number of issues.
3. The motivation you have to resolve them.
4. Personality traits.
5. Other factors such as age, spiritual beliefs and emotional state also play a role.

If you've ever been to a psychiatrist, psychologist or counselor, you know what it feels like to find yourself invested in a seemingly endless stream of sessions at $150-$250 each session. With my Hypnotherapy, it usually takes only a handful of sessions and you'll know exactly how much you'll be investing before we even begin. The price sometimes varies based on the financial means of the client, but typically averages out to about $85-$95 per session when you invest in a program. A program is based on an average number of sessions determined by my professional experience and information gathered during the consultation. The best feature of paying for a program is that you are paying a set amount to resolve your issue, instead of a per session price. If you wish to, you may still pay by the session at $110/session. The per session amount may also be adjusted based on the financial means of the client. The consultation is free and takes about half an hour.
